At Prizdale Times, we take great pride in curating engaging educational programs for children across India. However, we understand that personal schedules, unforeseen situations, or changes in preferences may occasionally require participants to cancel or withdraw from a registered event.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which such requests are handled.
For online competitions and digital workshops, fees once paid are generally non-refundable, as considerable backend processes — such as setting up logins, issuing certificates, and designing content — begin immediately after payment.
However, if a participant accidentally registers for the wrong event or pays twice for the same service, we request that such concerns be reported to us within 48 hours of payment for prompt correction.
For online courses or multi-day training programmes, if a cancellation request is received at least seven (7) calendar days before the course start date, we may process a partial refund, typically deducting administrative or gateway charges.
Refunds will not be entertained once a course or event has started, materials have been delivered, or access has been granted.
In rare situations where Prizdale Times cancels a scheduled course, event, or workshop due to unforeseen technical, operational, or logistical challenges, users will be eligible for a full refund. Such refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days via the same method used for payment.
All refund-related queries must be submitted in writing to hello@prizdale.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Event Name]” along with transaction details and reason for the request. Each case will be evaluated on its merit and handled with fairness and transparency.
