Prizdale Times primarily offers digital educational services. As such, most of our services –including competitions, workshops, courses, and training programs — are conducted entirely online, and no physical shipping is required for the majority of participants.
Upon successful registration and payment, users will receive confirmation emails that include important event details, joining links, downloadable instructions, or access credentials.
These are typically sent to the registered email address within 24 to 48 hours of completing the payment.
In case of any delay, users are encouraged to check their spam/junk folders or contact us at hello@prizdale.com for support.
For competitions that offer physical prizes, trophies, or books, we may initiate postal delivery through reputed courier services.
In such cases, participants will be informed in advance, and tracking details will be shared once dispatch is complete.
Shipping costs, if any, will either be included in the registration fee or communicated transparently beforehand.
We currently deliver physical items only within India. Please ensure that the address you provide is complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
If an item is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipment may be subject to an additional charge.
Digital delivery is considered complete once the content, login credentials, or access link has been successfully emailed or made available through a registered user dashboard.
