Bookmark Design Contest 2025 – A Creative Challenge for Young Artists
Welcome to the bookmark design contest of the year, proudly hosted by Prizdale Times! The Prizdale Bookmark Design Contest 2025 invites students from Classes I to VIII to unleash their imagination and artistic talent by designing a handmade bookmark inspired by fun and meaningful themes. Whether your child loves nature, books, fantasy, or outer space—this contest is a beautiful way to blend creativity with the joy of reading.
How to Participate:
After registering, each participant will design one bookmark (approx. 6 x 2 inches) using drawings, colours, painting, or mixed media. A scanned copy or clear photo of the bookmark must be uploaded online by 25 July 2025.
What Happens After Registration:
After successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent within 2 working days with a Google Form link and upload instructions. This email is sent manually after reviewing each entry, so there’s no need to worry if it doesn’t arrive instantly.
Optional Submission:
Children may also submit a photo of themselves holding their bookmark. This is voluntary. By submitting the photo, parents give consent to feature it on Prizdale Times, partner websites, or official social media pages.
Themes by Class Group:
• Classes I–II: My Favourite Animal, Magical Garden, Under the Sea
• Classes III–V: My Dream Planet, A Day at the Library, Acts of Kindness
• Classes VI–VIII: Into Outer Space, Voices of Nature, Favourite Book Character
Design Guidelines:
• Bookmark must be handmade (no digital art)
• Use of colours, quotes, borders, and light craft materials allowed
• Glitter and stickers permitted if used tastefully
• Must be original—not copied from the internet (judges will verify)
Judging Criteria:
Bookmarks will be evaluated on:
• Creativity & Originality
• Relevance to Theme
• Neatness & Visual Appeal
• Presentation/Finishing
Effort and age will be considered during evaluation.
