Handwriting is not just a simple act of putting words on paper; it is an expression of creativity, a unique reflection of one’s personality. Through this competition, we aim to nurture and encourage the love for Hindi language and script, while appreciating the skill and effort put into mastering the art of handwriting. It is a chance for students to bring their words to life and leave an indelible mark with their flawless strokes.
In this digital age, where typing has become the norm, the Hindi Handwriting Competition seeks to revive the elegance and charm of the handwritten word. There is a certain joy in seeing beautifully crafted letters flow seamlessly across a page, captivating readers and leaving a lasting impression. We believe that handwriting holds immense value, not only as a means of communication but also as a testament to the rich cultural heritage and linguistic prowess of our nation.
To participate, please pay Rs.100/- per entry via the payment gateway of Prizdale Learning website www.prizdalelearning.com, a sister concern of Prizdale Times. You will receive an email with instructions to upload your art work.
Competition Rules:
1. The competition is open to students from grades 1 to 8.
2. Participants must copy the text given below on an A4 size paper using either black or blue ink.
3. The handwritten text should be neat, legible, and well-formed.
4. Participants are required to take a clear photograph of their handwriting.
5. The photograph should be uploaded via a Google Form. You will receive a link for uploading your work after the registration.
Judgment Criteria:
1. Legibility: Handwriting should be clear and easily readable.
2. Formation: Letters should be well-formed, maintaining proper alignment and proportion.
3. Consistency: Consistency in letter size, spacing, and slant will be considered.
4. Overall Presentation: Aesthetics, style, and overall presentation of the handwriting will be evaluated.
How to Participate:
1. Register for the competition by clicking here. You will be directed to Prizdale Learning, the sister concern of Prizdale Times.
2. Once registered, you will receive a Google Form link to upload your work.
3. Copy the text on an A4 size paper using black or blue ink.
4. Take a high-resolution photograph of your handwriting.
5. Upload the photograph along with the required details.
6. Submissions will be accepted until May 31.
Prizes in each group:
- 1st Place: Gold Medal
- 2nd Place: Silver Medal
- 3rd Place: Bronze Medal
The winning entries will also be published by online Children’s magazine Prizdale Times.
All participants will receive e-certificates by email.

मोहनदास करमचंद गांधी
एक दिन एक छोटे से बच्चे ने एक पुरानी किताब में एक अद्भुत कहानी पढ़ी। वह कहानी थी ‘बापू – भारत के महानतम स्वतंत्रता सेनानी’ की।
बापू का जन्म भारत में हुआ था । उनका नाम मोहनदास करमचंद गांधी था। उन्होंने सत्य और अहिंसा के मार्ग पर चलने का निर्णय लिया। बापू का मन लोगों की मदद करने और देश की स्वतंत्रता के लिए लड़ने का था।
गांधीजी अपार संघर्ष किया और विभाजन से बचाव करने के लिए लोगों को प्रेरित किया। बापू ने अहिंसा के द्वारा अंग्रेजों के खिलाफ सत्याग्रह चलाया और लोगों को स्वतंत्रता की लड़ाई में जुटाया। उन्होंने अपने जीवन में सभी के साथ समझदारी, सम्मान और प्यार की भावना रखी।
आज भी हम बापू को याद करते हैं और उनके उपदेशों को अपनाते हैं। उनकी साधना और समर्पण से हमें आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा मिलती है। बापू हमें स्वतंत्रता, शांति और समृद्धि की प्राप्ति के लिए एक मार्गदर्शक के रूप में सदैव याद रहेंगे।
वफादार साथी
कुत्ते मनुष्य के प्राचीनतम और वफादार साथी हैं। कुत्ते आदमी के अकेलेपन को दूर करके उन्हे जीने का साहस और प्रेरणा प्रदान करते हैं। यही कारण है कि कुत्तों को सदियों से मानव समाज में पालतू जानवर के रूप में स्वीकार किया जाता रहा है।
कुत्तों की प्रमुख विशेषता वफादारी है। वे अपने मालिक के प्रति अच्छाई और वफादारी के साथ जुड़े रहते हैं। वे अपने मालिक के साथ हर पल रहते हैं और उनकी सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखते हैं। वे उनकी खुशी और दुःख में साथ देते हैं और हमेशा उनके पास रहते हैं। कुत्ते की वफादारी उनको एक विशेष स्थान देती है और मालिक को समर्पित कर देती है।
कुत्तों को पालने के और भी कई लाभ होते हैं। ये हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी फायदेमंद होते हैं। कुछ कुत्तों को रोज़ाना सुबह या शाम की सैर पर ले जाने से हम व्यायाम करते हैं। उनके साथ खेलने से हमारी मानसिक स्थिति भी बेहतर होती है और हमें धीरज और प्यार का एहसास होता है।
बच्चों के लिए कुत्ता एक अच्छा पालतू जानवर होता है। कुत्ते के साथ खेलने से उनका विकास होता है। कुत्ते संवेदनशील होते हैं और उन्हें देखने वाले बच्चों के मानसिक संतुलन को सुधारने में मदद करते हैं।
कुत्ते को पालना और उनका ध्यान रखना थोड़ा मुश्किल हो सकता है, लेकिन वे आपके घर को प्रेम और खुशहाली से भर देते हैं। उनकी ज़िद, उनकी लड़ाई और उनका प्यार हमेशा याद रखा जाएगा।
लेख प्रतियोगिता
एक समय की बात है। एक छोटे से गांव में मोहन नाम का एक लड़का रहता था। वह बहुत ही चतुर और मेहनती था। मोहन को लिखने का शौक था और उसका सपना था कि वह एक सफ़ल् लेखक बनेगा।
एक दिन, उसे गांव के स्कूल में एक लेख प्रतियोगिता के बारे में पता चला। उसने सोचा कि यह उसका मौका है अपनी लिखावट को दुनिया के सामने पेश करने का। मोहन ने सोचा कि उसकी कहानी आसान और सरल होनी चाहिए ताकि छोटे बच्चे उसे आसानी से लिख सकें। उसने दोस्तों से सलाह ली और अच्छे सुझाव प्राप्त किए।
मोहन ने एक कहानी लिखी, “मोटू और पतलू की दोस्ती”। यह कहानी एक दोस्ती के बारे में थी जो अलग-अलग दिखने वाले दो बच्चों के बीच बढ़ती है। वे एक गांव में रहते हैं और साथ में खेलते और पढ़ते हैं।
प्रतियोगिता का दिन आ गया। बच्चे काफी दिन से तैयारी कर रहे थे। सभी ने अपनी-अपनी खासियत से लिखावट की। लेकिन मोहन ने खुद को सबसे ज्यादा मेहनती बना दिया था। उसने अपनी कहानी को सुनाया और सभी को वाह-वाही हुई।
जज ने सभी की लिखावट को देखा और निर्णय लिया। मोहन ने प्रथम पुरस्कार जीता। सभी उसे बधाई देने आए। मोहन खुशी से झूम उठा और उसने अपने सपने के कदम और बढ़ाने का वादा किया।
